While the wedding will take place at Segesta, we recommend staying in Castellammare. We will also be staying in town and there will be other events there.

Flights

Currently, there is a direct flight from New York City to Palermo (yes, really!), check out Neos Air. Availability is limited, so most people will likely be flying into Rome or Milan. From there and depending on your other vacation plans you will have two options for airports (listed below) nearest to our venue in Castellammare del Golfo. There are flights from most major Italian airports to Sicily. 

Option 1: Palermo Airport (Falcone–Borsellino Airport) - 35min drive to Castellammare, main airport

Option 2: Trapani Airport (Vincenzo Florio Airport) - 45min drive to Castellammare

Rental CARs

There are a wide selection of rental car companies at the airport. Just remember, the cars are going to be smaller and will typically not be automatic unless you request/book it. They will also have larger cars, like minivans or SUVs, but they might be a tight squeeze on the narrower streets in town, you'll be fine if you stick to the main roads.

If you don't want to drive or rent a car, some hotels offer shuttle services or you can arrange a private car to take you to and from Castellammare del Golfo. The town is very walkable so you truly don't need a rental unless you want to explore outside the town. The wedding events will have busses to transport everyone to and from the locations.
